Patrick Wu was born and raised in sunny, San Gabriel, California.  From a young age, he was encouraged to learn how to speak and read Chinese. He attended Gabrielino High School and was a member of the school’s nationally recognized Speech and Debate team for 4 years, for whom he is now on staff as a Debate coach. He also competed in Mock Trial for 3 years, where he won awards at the California State Finals and American Mock Trial Invitational. 

 

Currently, Patrick Wu is a sophomore at the University of California, Irvine, where he is studying business economics. He is currently competing with the school’s Model United Nations travel team and director of the Model United Nations class on campus. Mr. Wu continues to explore different career paths in enterprise, entrepenuership, and law. He has spent time working for Forune 500 companies such as Merrill Lynch, boutique firms like Harvey & Co., as well as city government, where he interned for the City of Los Angeles' Planning Department. Currently, he is exploring the start-up world through a joint venture with several brothers of Delta Sigma Pi.

 

Outside the educational and professional realm, Patrick Wu enjoys searching for the latest and greatest in new music. Mr. Wu follows tech trends religiously, and is a Google fanboy. He has spent numerous hours working with Andriod devices.
