FAQ

What is Recruitment Week and when is it?
Recruitment week is a series of events at the beginning of each quarter. The purpose of these events are to inform potential members about the history of our organization and qualifications of membership. Recruitment events are also a great way to see the types of events we host and to evaluate if we are the right fit for you.

What is the purpose of the Pi Sigma chapter of Delta Sigma Pi?
Delta Sigma Pi gives collegiate members the chance to enrich their professionalism through vigorous training and practice. We give each member the chance to apply what they have learned inside the classroom to real life situations where they can learn from each others mistakes so that they will be more prepared when they are put into a less forgiving environment. As a member of Delta Sigma Pi, you will be given the chance to grow professionally and expand your professional network through various professional events which will set you up for success in the future.

What kind of people is Delta Sigma Pi looking for?
Delta Sigma Pi is looking for individuals who can not only benefit from our trainings and practices but someone who will unselfishly contribute constructive criticism, passion and enthusiasm to the fraternity to help others grow personally and professionally. Although we value work experience and a professional demeanor, we also look for individuals who are goal-oriented, motivated, open-minded and always willing to learn.

At the end of recruitment week, we invite qualified candidates to interview so that we can further determine your potential as a member in Delta Sigma Pi. Candidates who we see as a good fit with our chapter and Fraternity will be invited to pledge.
